Equal pay for male and female is a concept that only exists in our minds

Equal pay for both male and female football teams is a concept that only exists in the minds of those who want to feel part of the global delusional equality conversation. No where in human history do people get treated the same simply because they do the same thing. It’s all about effort, impact and results. If both the male and female teams bring in the same results (financially), then there should be no arguments about whether they need to receive equal rewards. But as far as one team brings in more money, then they deserve more. It’s just the principle of fairness and business. It has nothing to do with Sex or Gender.
